Will Cordero and his wife Catherine started the business in 1972 from very humble beginnings.
Will came out of the Vietnam war and went to school at APEX in Philadelphia. He earned his degree and after a few years of working with other heating and air conditioning companies in the area, his entrepreneurial spirit called him to start C&C.
Will maintained the day to day operations while his wife, Catherine, performed the bookkeeping duties, both working out of their home for many years. In 1981 Will’s first building, consisting of office, warehouse and sheet metal shop, was built in Hatfield, PA. In 2006 C&C moved to their new facility in Souderton, PA, where it is today.
C&C grew from 4 employees to 100. Two of the original employees are still with them today.
In 1989, their son Doug, joined the business. Doug received his degree from the Pennsylvania College of Technology, formerly Williamsport Area Community College located in Williamsport, PA. He started in the construction level and learned every aspect of the business. Today, as Vice President, he oversees the day to day operations. He is married to Mary and has two beautiful daughters, Katelin and Samantha.
Their business was founded on faith, trust and loyalty to family, their employees and their customers. Their philosophy in life and the business are one in the same: treat people with respect.

Will Cordero, President
Will is the founder and President of C & C Heating and Air Conditioning. He and his wife, Catherine, started the business in 1972. He is still active and plays an important role in the daily decisions even after 45 years. He is most proud of the company, our employees and most important our faithful customers and Builders.

Catherine has never tired of her position, which has many hats. After 40 years, she still feels it is such a joy and pleasure to be a part of this vibrant company. She has watched this company grow from 4 employees to over 80 at various times. She strongly believes that C&C could never be where we are today, without the help of all of our members of this “team”.
Douglas Cordero, Vice President
Doug started with the company right after college in 1989 and has been in every aspect of the Company. Today, he is Vice President. His philosophy is to maintain the highest level of customer service, meeting the needs of comfort for every homeowner. Whatever your needs are in the heating and air conditioning department, we can accommodate. Our goal is to treat every level of homeowner with the utmost confidence in what we will install, which will continue for many years.
Not only do we service everything we install, we offer the best in Equipment, Financing and “SERVICE AFTER THE SALE” which has always been our motto.

Joe Pinder, CFO
Joe joined our team after spending 25 years in the financial leadership positions helping FMC and Armstrong World Industries. We could never have grown our business without his expertise and knowledge. Joe has a BS in Accounting from St. Joseph’s University, an MBA from St. Joseph’s University and passed the CPA exam in 1986. He has been our strength in so many programs, offering his insights and suggestions. In Joe’s words, “I really enjoy the challenges at C&C Heating and Air Conditioning. The size of our company, varied business segments and the strength of our team makes me excited about our chances to help our customers with their air quality and HVAC needs.” Joe is our financial and administrative executive.

Darin McCaul, Sales
Darin has been part of the C & C Sales team since 1999. He is ready to share his expertise in his knowledge of the HVAC Industry. Thomas McCarty, Sales
Thomas has been a part of the C&C family for over 15 years. He has designed and installed hundreds of HVAC systems to fit all types of applications, both residential and commercial. He is passionate about comfort and conserving energy as well. Thomas has a universal EPA certification. His knowledge, hands on experience, and creative problem solving abilities make Thomas a great sales associate. Michelle K., Customer Service Representative
Michelle joined C&C in October of 2015. She works in customer service and mainly schedules service appointments but also helps with the scheduling of maintenance appointments. Michelle also helps with the billing and assists with dispatching the technicians. It’s Michelle’s pleasure to help out the team where ever needed!
Jimmy has been with C&C since the fall of 2017. He helps with the coordination of the residential installations with things such as; financing, scheduling, and warranty registration. Jimmy works directly with John Barndt and our sales team, as well as helping out with the service department.
JoAnne is our Accounting Assistant here at C & C. She is responsible for all the daily functions of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. She takes pride in her work making sure all the bills are paid on time. She processes the credit card payments and deposits all the checks. She loves working with numbers and the challenge of keeping everything accurately balanced.
Stacey Rosenberger, Customer Service and Dispatch
Stacey is a wife & a mom to two amazing teenage boys, ages 17 & 14. Family is always & will be her biggest accomplishment.
Stacey has worked for C&C heating and Air since 2012. Her job is mainly to schedule & dispatch the service technicians daily. She is responsible for scheduling service & maintenance, sending work orders to each tech, scheduling time off & rearranging the schedule as needed. She thrives on the craziness of the dead of heat & the wintery cold. Dispatching is a forever changing job & she embraces the challenge!!
She also helps with the daily operations of the office such as billing, parts ordering, warranty verifications, customer service issue & assistance .She works closely with the customer service representatives at C&C hoping to make their job with scheduling a little easier. And tries to assist them with any questions they may have throughout a day.
Stacey has worked in the HVAC field for 25+ years & tries to offer suggestions to make the company work better & efficiently.Customer service is always the #1 priority and Stacey works hard to make sure that each customer she interacts with is happy about their experience with C&C.
She loves working for a family owned company like C&C that cares so much for not only it’s customer but also its employees.
Joyce Watts, Service Department Office Manager
Joyce is our senior staff member and is the head of our Service Department, along with the help of the Service Manager and to oversee the daily office operations and assist when and wherever required. We have a wonderful group of employees and it’s a joy to work as a team. Joyce started her position in July of 1990 as a secretary and dispatcher for C & C after her children started elementary school. In Joyce’s words “It’s been a pleasure to be part of watching C & C grow and expand in all departments. Both of my children and now my husband George, have all worked at C & C in some capacity which is such a positive note on a family owned and operated business and supporting their families as well. “ I will be moving into the position of “Office Manager” and look forward to this change in overseeing the daily operations and assist when and wherever required.
John Barndt- Operations Manager
John has been with C&C since 2000. He oversees the retro department, purchasing, shipping and receiving, fleet. Schedules all the new installations and other responsibilities.
Linda P., Maintenance Representative
Linda joined C&C in April this year coming with years of experience in customer service and inside sales.
She oversees the maintenance agreements and renewals at C&C.

George Watts, Service Manager
George is our Service Manager. He started with C & C in 1999. After several years he was promoted to Service Manager. He leads our Service Department including all our technicians; oversees day to day operations and coordinates with our Service Department. George wears many hats in order to help our customers. He is a great people person and a Company Man. We are extremely proud to have him on our team.
